Written thoughts sent digitally
Type what you need to share, send it, and someone reads it within hours — not days. Most replies happen before the next morning.
Instant messaging via common app
If you already use WhatsApp, click through and type. Quick back-and-forth works well for scheduling or clarifying small details.
Physical location for walk-ins
You can show up during business hours. The address might look complex, but it's easier to find once you're in the neighborhood.
Why people reach out in the first place
Some want to know if the program accepts beginners. Others worry about fitting classes around full-time jobs. A few are just curious about what journalism education actually involves in 2026.
There's also people who already decided but need one or two specific answers before they commit. That's normal. We've had conversations that lasted three minutes and others that went on for weeks.
Either way works. The point is getting your questions answered in a way that actually helps you move forward — or decide it's not the right fit. Both outcomes matter.
What you share determines what happens next
Fill out what matters to your situation. Skip what doesn't. The more specific you are, the more useful the response will be.
Response patterns you can expect
Emails sent before 3 PM usually get replies the same afternoon. Messages that arrive later get handled first thing the next morning. Weekends push everything to Monday, but that's about it.
If your question needs a longer answer or involves checking details, we'll tell you upfront that it'll take a bit longer. No one likes wondering if their message disappeared into a void.
Complex enrollment questions or program customization requests sometimes need a back-and-forth conversation. That's when we'll suggest a scheduled call instead of endless email chains.
How to actually find the physical space
Start at Sanmin Road intersection
Section 3 of Sanmin Road runs through North District. You're looking for building number 217. Most mapping apps get you to the general block without trouble.
Locate the B1 entrance
The space sits on the basement level. Look for stairs or an elevator near the main entrance. Signs usually point toward B1 commercial spaces.
Basement spaces in Taichung often house education centers and professional offices
Find unit 404 once you're downstairs
Unit numbers run sequentially in the corridor. If you pass 403 or 405, you're close. The door has a small nameplate with Aysar Ipoux displayed.
